When we designed our Overnight Repair Service for iPods, we sat down and asked ourselves exactly how we would like to be treated if our iPod had a problem and we needed help to get it repaired.



During our discussions, the same words kept coming up when describing how an ideal service should work: Fast, Trusted, Reliable, Economical, Friendly and Flexible. We used these words as the basis for our repair services.
